- we reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice to you. the version of the terms that applies to your order is the one that is on the website when you place the order.
- by using the website and/or placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this document ("Terms"). Please ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.
cost and delivery time for the various delivery methods are clearly stated in the checkout steps
- although we make every effort to ensure that all information is correct, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect prices, typographical errors or typos in relation to promotions or that an item is free. 7obshop always has the right to cancel orders that contain obviously incorrect prices. customer can then place a new order at the correct price.
- the prices stated on the website include statutory value added tax order.
3. Payment method
you can place your orders online through the website. If you have any questions about ordering, you can contact our customer service.
- when you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. if for any reason we are unable to ship your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
- if we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the current amount using the same payment method you used when placing your order. if for any reason the refund must be made by another means, a member of staff will contact you to ensure that the refund can be made.
we strive to keep the delivery time as short as possible.
- orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day. we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occur.
- shortly after your order has been approved, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with information about your order.
5. Right of withdrawal
we will refund such goods within max. 10 days from when we have received the return, provided that all goods are in reasonably good condition. note that the customer (“you”) is responsible for return costs. In the case of faulty products, we can bear the return cost.
- if you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item, you can cancel or return your order from the day the order is placed up to and including one week after receiving the ordered package by filling out the online form and returning the item.
- the goods that are bought with your own motif on them cannot be returned! with the exception of faulty products.
- return costs that the customer is responsible for will be debited from the refund amount.
6. Payment methods
you decide yourself how you want to pay for the goods.
- card payments are handled by our partner, to guarantee fast and secure payment. when you choose card payment, the amount on your credit card is reserved at the time of your order and payment is only made when the goods are sent from us.
- all payments undergo validation and authorisation by both the card issuing/credit company and us to maintain security and prevent fraud. payment security is a very high priority. therefore all information is sent via encrypted servers (sll/https). this system prevents your credit/debit card from being misused by others. 7obshop never saves any information about your credit card.
7. Product presentation and product information
Although we strive to be very accurate in our product descriptions, product images and product colors, mistakes sometimes happen.
- we cannot guarantee that the colors of the products are reproduced completely correctly. this is because the colors you see depend on the type of tablet you are using, its settings and which internet browser you are using.
- if a product lacks any features as described or if a picture does not accurately represent the product, you of course have the right to return it according to our return policy, at no extra cost. we hope you understand that we cannot provide any additional discounts or other measures of goodwill that are outside the legal guarantee.
8. Transport damage
- if damage occurs during transport, you must report visible damage directly to the transport company that delivered the package to you

we are not responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil our obligations under these Terms
- if the delay or failure is due to an event beyond our reasonable control.
- such events include, without limitation, infrastructure problems, government intervention, war, civil unrest, hijackings, fires, floods, accidents, storms, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks or industrial action affecting us or our suppliers.
- 7obshop reserves the right to assign claims for overdue payments that have arisen in connection with goods delivered to third parties.
12. Copyright and other intellectual property rights
- the design of this website and all text, graphics, information and all content and other materials displayed on or downloadable from this website are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws and may not be used in any way other than in accordance with these terms and conditions, or with our prior express written permission.
13. Final regulations
- these terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. all disputes that arise shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish judiciary.
- if any of these conditions is found to be invalid by a court or other regulator, the other conditions shall continue to apply.
